Welcome Messages - Active Chat Logic: Welcome messages now have a fixed 24-hour "Active chats" period and can no longer be customized. If a chatter initiates a conversation with a new subscriber within this 24 hour window, the Welcome message will not be sent.

Exclude Lists - Update Frequency: Exclude lists are now refreshed every 30 minutes (previously once every 24 hours) allowing for more accurate and responsive targeting during campaign creation. .
