OnlyMonster's Vault Management now combines the intuitive Vault Labeling system with the advanced features of Vault Management 2.0. This integration provides a comprehensive solution for managing and optimizing your media content.
With Vault Labeling, easily track the status of content sent to fans:
Free — Content sent to the fan for free, marked in blue color.
$value — Content sent as a paid message and purchased by the fan, marked in green color.
Not paid — Content sent as a paid message but not bought by the fan, marked in red color.
This makes it easy to keep track of what you've already sent to fans, ensuring you don't send duplicate content.
This system ensures you don't resend the same content and provides a clear view of what each fan has received. In the detailed fan info section, view all previously sent media with essential filters.
Note: Uploading the same media file twice results in duplicate copies. Only the version sent to a fan will be marked. To maintain clarity, use a single file per media and delete duplicates.
At this stage, OnlyMonster Extension's Vault Management focuses on Vault Labeling, allowing you to easily track what content has been sent to each fan. In the detailed fan info section, you can also view the list of all media previously sent, along with essential filters.
Insert Keywords: Tag each media file with keywords for easy navigation and efficient searching.
This helps you quickly locate the exact media needed and categorizes your content effectively.
Type Descriptions for Media Files: Add a description to each media file, offering a brief overview or context.
This aids in understanding the content at a glance and can be useful for both you and your clients.
Recommended Price: Assign a recommended price to each media file, guiding your chatters on the appropriate amount to request for this content.
View Attached Scripts: Instead of attaching scripts to media, this feature now displays a list of scripts where the media is already included, providing clarity on its usage across various campaigns or messages.
Label 'Posted' for Media: Implement a 'Posted' label on media files that have been previously posted on the feed.
This label helps to quickly identify content that has already been shared publicly, ensuring efficient content management and avoiding reposting the same media.
Searching and Sorting Media
With keywords in place, searching and sorting your media becomes a streamlined process. Quickly filter through your media library using specific keywords, making it easier to locate the desired content without sifting through your entire collection.
