# Chatting Metrics

Chatting Metrics is an analytical dashboard designed to analyze the activity of members interacting with fans and identify areas for members performance optimization.

The dashboard consists of three tabs: Overview, Transactions, and Sales Settings.

Chatting Metrics and the custom attribution settings currently support OnlyFans accounts only.

Chatting Metrics data is updated within 15 minutes from the moment a transaction is made.

## Filter form

The Chatting Metrics feature provides various filters for convenient work.

**Group filter**

Allows selecting groups of accounts. Selecting a group will add accounts from that group to the Account filter automatically.

Multiple groups cannot be selected at once.

**Account filter**

Allows selection of specific accounts (one or multiple accounts simultaneously). The default state is “All accounts”.

Clear Button: Clears all selected accounts in the field.

**Roles filter**

Allows filtering by a specific role. When selecting a role, all members with the selected role will be displayed in the Chatter filter automatically.

Multiple roles cannot be selected at once.

**Chatter filter**

Allows selection of specific members (one or multiple simultaneously) to display statistics for those members only. The default state is “All members”.

Clear Button: Clears all selected members in the field.

**Time Range**

Exact Time Selection: Select the main time range and specific times in the AM and PM for precise data analysis.

OF Time Zone: By default, the checkbox is selected, and all statistics are displayed in UTC+0 timezone, when unselected — statistics are shown in your organization's timezone.

**Earning Type**

Display the statistics in Gross or Net.

## Detailed Metrics

* Member: Displays the name and ID of the member whose metrics are shown.
* Accounts: Account that member worked with and for whom metrics are displayed.
* Clocked Time: Total active working time logged by the member during the selected period, as recorded by the Activity Time Tracker. The value shows two figures: the total clocked (active) time and the total break (pause) time separately. To see a Time Tracking History — including start times, pauses, and stops — click the clock icon next to the member's name. This opens a session timeline with the exact activity and break intervals for each day.
* Avg. Revenue per Chat: Average revenue generated per chat within the selected time range. This metric shows how much revenue a single conversation brings on average.
* Avg. Response Time: Average time it takes a member to respond to a fan (within 60 minutes). If more than 60 minutes pass without a reply, the chat is considered closed and that time isn't counted toward the metric.
* Chat to PPV Ratio: Average number of chats per one PPV sent. A lower value indicates that PPVs are sent more frequently within conversations.
* Total sales: Total revenue generated by the member, including PPV sales and tips. Indicates the member’s overall contribution to revenue.
* PPV Sales: Total revenue generated from PPV messages. Indicates the member's contribution to sales via selling PPV.
* Tips: Total revenue generated from tips. Indicates the member’s contribution to sales via tips.
* Impact: Percentage of the member’s PPV sales relative to total PPV sales. Assesses the individual’s share in overall paid message revenue.
* Total Messages Sent: Total amount of messages sent by the member, excluding Mass Messages. Measures overall messaging activity.
* Manually Typed Messages: Amount of manually written and sent messages, excluding AI Replies, Templates, and Mass Messages. Highlights personal interaction.
* AI Replies: Number of messages generated and sent using AI. Indicates the usage of AI by the member.
* Templates Sent: Total messages sent using created Templates. Indicates the usage of Templates by the member.
* Auto Messages Revenue: Revenue generated from Auto Messages. Indicates the contribution of Auto Messages to the member's overall sales.
* Priority Messages Revenue: Revenue generated from Priority Messages. Indicates the contribution of Priority Messages to the member's overall sales.
* Auto Messages Sent: Number of Auto Messages sent by the member.
* Auto Messages Unsent: Number of Auto Messages unsent by the member.
* Priority Messages Sent: Number of Priority Messages sent by the member.
* Priority Messages Unsent: Number of Priority Messages unsent by the member.
* Copy-Paste Count: Amount of messages sent via copy-paste.
* Unsent Messages: Amount of messages unsent by the member. Clicking on the figure allows viewing the list of unsent messages, with a direct chat link provided. Only messages unsent within the last 14 days are shown.
* Free Media Sent: Amount of messages sent with only free media. Tracks non-monetized media sharing.
* PPV Sent: Amount of messages sent with paid media content. Displays how often the member initiates a sale.
* PPV Sold: Amount of PPV messages purchased by fans. Indicates successful paid content sales.
* Avg. PPV Purchase Time: Average time taken for a message to be purchased after being sent (within 60 minutes). Displays the fan's level of willingness to make a purchase.
* PPV to Free Ratio: Ratio of messages sent with free media to messages with paid media. Displays how often the member initiates a sale compared to sending media for free.
* PPV to Message Ratio: Ratio of paid media messages to the total number of messages sent. Indicates the focus on making sales.
* PPV Open Rate: Percentage of PPV messages purchased out of all sent PPV messages. Shows how often fans make a purchase of a PPV message sent by a member.
* Avg. Price of Sent PPV: Average price of sent PPV messages in gross terms. Provides pricing strategy insights.
* Avg. Price of Sold PPV: Average price of purchased PPV messages in gross. Analyzes revenue per sale.
* Total Chats: Number of unique chats where manually typed messages were sent. Displays how many chats the chatter has processed manually.

* Avg. Words per Message: Average word count in manually typed messages. Reflects detail level in interactions.
* Posts: Number of posts created by the chatter. Demonstrates content contribution.

**Additional Features**

Click any column header to sort members in ascending or descending order.

Use the Columns button to hide, display, or reorder columns by dragging and dropping. The Reset button will restore all columns to their default order.

You can export Chatting Metrics data in XLSX and CSV formats by clicking the Export button. After selecting your preferred format, the download will begin automatically.

In the exported file, the Member column will display the Member ID, and the Account column will show the Account ID instead of names.

## Sales Settings

The Sales Settings tab defines how sales are automatically attributed to members. You can configure attribution separately for each transaction type, so the dashboard reflects the way your team actually works.

Attribution is configured per platform. OnlyFans is the only platform available at the moment.

In the current iteration, sales made through Mass Messages and Welcome Messages cannot be attributed automatically. Such transactions can be assigned manually in the Transactions tab.

### Last Active Member time frame

Every rule based on Last Active Member requires a time frame — the period before the purchase during which a member's message still counts for attribution. Set it in hours and minutes directly in the rule description.

* **Minimum: 1 minute**
* **Maximum: 12 hours**

If no member messaged the fan within this period, the transaction stays unassigned.

### Cents Fingerprint

Cents Fingerprint attributes a sale by the last two digits of the transaction amount — the cents value. Open the Cents Fingerprint tab in Sales Settings to assign a cents value to each member individually.

* Two members cannot share the same cents value. A duplicate value cannot be saved.
* When Cents Fingerprint is selected as the attribution rule, only transactions whose cents value matches a configured member are assigned. Every other transaction stays unassigned.

Be careful when using Cents Fingerprint: any transaction with a cents value that isn't assigned to a member will remain unassigned and will not appear in that member's metrics. Such transactions can still be assigned manually in the Transactions tab.

#### Saving changes

Changes take effect only after you click Save Changes. You can also choose the date and time from which the new rules start to apply.

Attribution changes are not retroactive. Transactions processed before the new rules take effect keep the attribution they were given under the previous rules and are not redistributed.

## Transactions Tab

This section allows you to view all member transactions and assign or reassign transactions that were not automatically attributed or were assigned to the wrong member.

### **Unassigned transactions**

Transactions are attributed automatically according to the rules configured in the Sales Settings tab. A transaction remains unassigned when it doesn't match the selected rule — for example, when its cents value isn't assigned to any member, when no member messaged the fan within the selected time frame, or when the transaction type is set to Not Assigned.

PPV: A PPV must be purchased within 90 days after it was sent to be attributed automatically. If the purchase is made later than 90 days, the transaction goes to unassigned.

In such cases, transactions can be assigned manually. After a manual assignment or reassignment, the transaction is reflected in Chatting Metrics within 15 minutes.

### Filter Form

The Time Range and Filters in this section work the same as those in the Chatting Metrics Overview board, with the addition of a Status filter, which provides three filtering options:

• **Completed:** Successful transactions.

• **Refunded:** Transactions that were charged back.

• **All:** Includes both completed and refunded transactions.

Pending status is currently unavailable.

#### Transactions Overview

The section displays key transaction details:

**• Date:** The date of the transaction.

**• Account:** The account associated with the transaction.

**• Net:** The net amount of the transaction.

**• Transaction Type:** PPV, tips, post.

• **Assignee:** The member assigned to the transaction. Transactions can be reassigned by clicking on the assigned value.

**• Assigned By:** Specifies whether the transaction was assigned automatically or manually by an organization member.

• **Status:** Indicates whether the transaction is Completed or Refunded. A chargeback deducts the amount from the metrics if it occurs within 60 days of the original transaction; the change is reflected within 15 minutes.

## Permissions

There are three levels of permissions for Chatting Metrics and Transactions:

1\. View Metrics: Access to the Chatting Metrics dashboard.

2\. View Transactions: Access to Transactions tab without the ability to make changes. This permission automatically includes View Metrics permissions.

3\. Edit Transactions: Enables assigning transactions to organization members. Enables both View Metrics and View Transactions permissions.

Groups can be created in the Accounts tab.

Gross — including OnlyFans commission, Net — after commission deduction

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.onlymonster.ai/management-system/chatting-metrics.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
