## <mark style="color:$info;">Media Hub Tutorial</mark>&#x20;

#### <mark style="color:$info;">Uploading to Media Hub</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">You can upload photo, video, audio files, and gifs directly to OnlyMonster’s storage system. All files can be organized into convenient folders. Once uploaded, the files automatically appear in the Media Box, eliminating the need to manually upload them to the platform.</mark>

#### <mark style="color:$info;">1. Creating a Folder</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">Click on</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">**Create Folder.**</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">Enter a name for the folder.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">Once the folder is created, you can start uploading content.</mark>

#### <mark style="color:$info;">2. Uploading Files</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">To upload content, click</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">**Upload Media**</mark><mark style="color:$info;">, add files from the selected directory, or drag and drop them into the marked area.</mark>&#x20;
* <mark style="color:$info;">After uploading, verify that all files are marked as</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">**Complete**</mark><mark style="color:$info;">.</mark>

#### <mark style="color:$info;">3. Additional / Re-upload</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">You can upload additional files to any existing folder.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">If you re-upload content that was previously exported to the OnlyFans Vault, they may not automatically appear in the Vault again after export.</mark>  &#x20;

## <mark style="color:$info;">Linking (to another account)</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">Linking allows you to duplicate the contents of this folder across multiple accounts.</mark>&#x20;

The media file is sent to the chat with the connected fan and immediately deleted from the chat; the fan will not see the sent content.</mark>

#### <mark style="color:$info;">How to Start Auto-Export</mark>

1. <mark style="color:$info;">Link the folder to an OnlyFans profile that has an active chat option.</mark>
2. <mark style="color:$info;">Auto-export starts automatically once linked.</mark>
3. <mark style="color:$info;">After a successful export, the OF icon will appear on the file.</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">If export fails, verify:</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">The fan’s chat is open and available.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">You have permission to send messages to the fan.</mark>

## <mark style="color:$info;">Editing</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">The feature allows you to edit media files in bulk or individually.</mark>

### <mark style="color:$info;">Bulk Editing</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">Select multiple files using the checkboxes.</mark>

## <mark style="color:$info;">Deleting files in Media Hub</mark>&#x20;

<mark style="color:$info;">**Deleting from Media Hub:**</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">removes the file from storage but keeps it in the OnlyFans Vault (if it was previously exported).</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">Deleting from OnlyFans: must be done manually inside the OnlyFans Vault.</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">**Re-upload after deletion:**</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">Files deleted from the OnlyFans Vault cannot be re-exported automatically.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">To re-export, you must update the file’s metadata before uploading again.</mark>

## <mark style="color:$info;">Sending Files</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">Send files directly to subscribers via chat from the Media Box. You can send up to 40 files at a time, adhering to the OnlyFans platform's maximum limit.</mark>

## <mark style="color:$info;">Fast-Forwarding Videos</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">When viewing videos from the Media Hub accessed via the OnlyFans page, videos can only be played in a small window without the option to fast-forward.</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">**To fast-forward videos in the Media Hub through OnlyMonster:**</mark>

1. <mark style="color:$info;">Open the video in the Media Hub interface.</mark>
2. <mark style="color:$info;">Click on the play button and drag the progress bar at the bottom to the desired point.</mark>
3. <mark style="color:$info;">Adjust playback as needed.</mark>

## <mark style="color:$info;">Permissions</mark>

<mark style="color:$info;">The permissions allow for setting different levels of access to manage media in Media Hub in the OnlyMonster browser.</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">**View Media:**</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">Allows working with Media Hub files in the OnlyMonster Browser panel. Provides access to view the quality of files stored in the Media Hub. Enables the use of media in the chat toolbar (free and paid messages), scripts, follow-up, and scheduled messages.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">**Upload Media:**</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">Allows uploading media to the Media Hub panel using the “Upload Media” button.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">**Edit Media:**</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">Allows the users to:</mark>
  * <mark style="color:$info;">Create Folders: Organize files into new folders.</mark>
  * <mark style="color:$info;">Change File Details: Edit descriptions, tags, and preferred prices.</mark>

  * <mark style="color:$info;">Link/Unlink Folders: Share folders with other accounts, move folders to a different account, or detach shared folders.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">**Delete Media:**</mark> <mark style="color:$info;"></mark><mark style="color:$info;">Allows you to delete files and folders.</mark>

## <mark style="color:$info;">Important! User Agreement and Permissions</mark>

* <mark style="color:$info;">All users of Media Hub must agree to our terms of service and have explicit permission from the content creator before uploading or sharing any content.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">We log all user actions, including uploads and downloads, along with details such as IP addresses. If prohibited content (as defined by OnlyMonster, OnlyFans, or any other fan platform) is uploaded, this information will be reported to law enforcement.</mark>
* <mark style="color:$info;">To prevent leaks, Media Hub does not allow full-screen viewing of uploaded content.</mark>

All actions—from editing to sending—are performed within one system, greatly streamlining your workflow.
