# Dynamic Fan Lists

**Dynamic Fan Lists** is a feature in OnlyMonster that allows you to create smart fan segments using flexible filtering logic. These lists can sync with OnlyFans collections and used both in native OnlyFans messaging and OnlyMonster Mass Messages.

### Key Features

* **Smart Segmentation** - Build fan lists using filters such as subscription date, spending amount, purchase behavior, chat activity, and tracking link attribution.
* **Automatic Updates** - Lists refresh automatically every 6 hours. Manual refresh is available once per hour.
* **OnlyFans Sync** - Export lists to OnlyFans Collections and use them directly in native messaging.

### General Overview

Navigate to the **Dynamic Fan Lists** section to view all lists created across your accounts.

Each list includes:

* **List Name** - Custom name of the list
* **Filter Rules**- Applied segmentation criteria
* **Fans** - Total number of fansin the list
* **Last Update** - Last time the list was refreshed
* **Last OF Sync** - Last synchronization with OnlyFans Collections&#x20;

### List of Fans

Click on any list to view detailed fan data: :

* **Fan Name** - Display name or ID (click to copy and open profile)
* **Total Spent** - Fan's total spending on the account&#x20;
* **Last Purchase** - Most recent purchase date
* **Total Organization Spent** -  Spending across all connected accounts&#x20;
* **Last Organization Purchase** - Most recent purchase within the organization
* **Fan ID** - OnlyFans identifier
* **Date Added** - When the fan was added to the list
* **Chat** - Direct link to the conversation with the fan (click to copy and open chat)

### Creating a New List

#### Step 1: Select Account

Choose the account from the dropdown list for whom you want to create a fan list.

#### Step 2: Name Your List

Enter a unique name for the list. Note that list names must be unique and cannot duplicate existing lists.

#### Step 3: Configure Filters or use Templates

Select the filters you want to apply and enter the relevant values:

**Available Filters**

1. **Subscribed Within** - Filter fans by the subscription period (e.g., last 30 days)
2. **Spent on Account Between** - Set minimum and maximum spend on the selected account. Both fields are required.
3. **Spent on Organization Between** - Segment fans based on total spend across all connected accounts. .
4. **Purchased from Account** - Segment fans based on purchase behavior within the specific account:

* Less than X days ago
* More than X days ago

5. **Purchased from Organization** - Segment fans based purchase behavior within any account in your organization:

* Less than X days ago
* More than X days ago

6. **Active Chats** - Select activity window (from 15 minutes to 24 hours). Use the dropdown to choose between two modes:

* Active chats - message sent by team member (fan reply not required)&#x20;
* Active chats where fan replied - includes only two-way conversations&#x20;

7. **Subscribed from link** - Include fans who subscribed via selected Tracking Links within the last 90 days.

* Use the multiselect dropdown to choose any combination of Tracking Links. A single list can include fans from multiple different links at once.
* Fans are included if they subscribed through any of the selected links within the 90-day rolling window. This window is calculated from today's date and updates automatically each time the list refreshes.

The Active Chats and Subscribed from Link filters cannot be combined with other filters. When selected, all other filters are disabled.&#x20;

#### **Templates**

On the right side of the Create List screen, you'll find a Templates panel with predefined filter sets. Click any template to instantly apply a common fan segmentation — such as spending tiers, new subscribers, or recent chat activity. You can use a template as-is or customize the filters further after applying it.

#### Step 4: Enable Auto-Export (Optional)

Enable auto-export to instantly sync the list with OnlyFans Collections.

If not enabled, lists can be exported manually at any time.

### Manual Sync with OnlyFans Collections

To export a list manually:

* Click the three dots next to the list
* Select Export to OnlyFans

The list will be available in your OnlyFans Collections for messaging campaigns.

### Best Practices

* Use clear, descriptive list names that indicate the segmentation criteria
* Combine multiple filters to create highly targeted fan segments
* Enable auto-export for lists frequently used  in OnlyFans native messaging

### Important Notes

* Lists update automatically every 6 hours based on your specified criteria.
* Manual refresh is limited to once per hour per list. &#x20;
* OnlyFans sync is optional and can be enabled anytime.
