# Priority Mass Messages

Priority Mass Messages is a cloud-based OnlyMonster feature that allows you to automatically send mass messages to fans' Priority inbox. A system of advanced filters allows you to fine-tune delivery and improve fan engagement.

## General Information and Overview

On the main Mass Messages page, you can select an Account and view all Priority Mass Messages campaigns launched for that Account.

To create a new Campaign, first select the Account and click the New Campaign button.

Important: You cannot create a campaign without selecting at least one filter from the Fans Audience section. The online filter alone is not sufficient - campaigns with only this filter will not run.

### Campaign Overview Section

The following information is displayed in the campaign overview:

Message - The content of the message

Status - Current state of the campaign:

* **Sending -** the campaign is active and messages are being delivered to fans based on the selected filters
* **In Queue -** the campaign is waiting in line and will begin once the current active campaign is completed.
* **Stopped -** the campaign was manually paused and is no longer sending messages
* **Unsending -** Messages are currently being removed via the Auto-Unsend feature, based on your configuration.
* **Done -** the campaign has finished successfully, and all messages have been sent to the targeted audience
* **Unsent -** the campaign was created, but messages were not sent (possibly due to configuration issues or manual cancellation)

**Progress -** Percentage of messages sent

**Audience Filter -** Displays selected filters for targeting, including sending conditions and exclusion lists.

**Targeted Recipients -** Number of fans matching the campaign filters before the Online filter and exclusion lists are applied. This is not the final number of recipients.

**Sent -** Total number of messages successfully sent.

**Unsent -** Number of unsent messages.

**Reply Rate Metric** - Percentage of fans who replied to the priority message within 3 days of receiving it.

* Triggered when the system sends Priority Message to a fan.
* Fan has 3 days to reply — after that, tracking stops.
* Only the last message sent is tracked. Example: if the system sends an Auto Message, then a Priority Message, and the fan replies → the reply is counted for the Priority Message, not the Auto Message.
* If the chatter sends a message after the Priority Message, tracking stops (reply is attributed to the chatter, not the system).

**Price -** Price set for paid messages (if applicable)

**Purchase Rate -** Percentage of fans who made a purchase from the campaign, calculated as purchases / sends.

**Purchases -** Number of purchases made from the campaign

**Earnings -** Total earnings generated from the campaign

**Attachments -** Number of media files attached to the message

### Understanding Campaign Progress Indicators

These indicators help you interpret the status of your Priority Mass Message campaigns:

#### Campaign Not Started:

* Sent and Unsent columns display a dash (—)
* Progress bar remains at 0%
* Meaning: The campaign is configured but hasn't begun sending messages yet.

#### No Matching Fans:

* Sent and Unsent columns display a 0
* Progress bar shows 100%
* Meaning: The campaign ran but no fans matched the selected filters, so no messages were sent.

### Campaign Queue System

Up to 3 campaigns can run in parallel. When more than 3 campaigns are created, the additional ones are placed in a Queue and will start as soon as a running campaign completes and a slot becomes available.

Parallel campaigns are sent simultaneously in random order.

## Setting Up Priority Mass Messages

To create a Priority Mass Message, select Account from the dropdown and click New Campaign.

You are now redirected to the Campaign Settings tab, where you need to configure the campaign settings.

### Delivery Options

To ensure smooth delivery, we process one campaign at a time. When multiple campaigns are scheduled for the same moment, they'll be placed in a queue.

{% hint style="warning" %}
You cannot create a campaign without selecting at least one filter from the Fans Audience section. The online filter alone is not sufficient - campaigns with only this filter will not run.
{% endhint %}

### **Schedule Campaign Delivery**

You can schedule your Priority Mass Message campaign to start at a specific date and time:

To schedule a campaign:

1. Toggle "Schedule at" ON
2. Select the desired date using the date picker
3. Select the time for the campaign to start
4. Choose the timezone reference:
5. Organization - Uses the organization's configured timezone
6. UTC - Uses UTC 0 timezone

Important: Scheduled campaigns will automatically start at the specified time. If another campaign is active when your scheduled campaign is due to start, your campaign will be queued and begin once the active campaign completes.

{% hint style="info" %}
If scheduling is not enabled, the campaign will start immediately after you click "Start Campaign" (or be queued if another campaign is already running).
{% endhint %}

### Campaign End Date

You can set an end date for a Priority Mass Message campaign. When the end date is reached, the campaign is automatically moved to Archived (Canceled) status.

To set a campaign end date:

1. Toggle "Campaign End Date" ON
2. Select the d end date using the date picker
3. Select the end time
4. Choose the timezone reference:
5. **Organization** - Uses the organization's configured timezone
6. UTC - Uses UTC 0 timezone

**Important Notes:**

* The campaign end date cannot be earlier than the campaign start date

If an end date earlier than the start date is selected, the start date is automatically adjusted to match the end date.

### Auto Unsend Message

You can enable the Auto-Unsend feature:

* Toggle "Auto unsend message" ON
* Select the condition "If not read by fan" or "ALL"
* Set the delay period (from 1 hour up to 20 hours)

### Fans Audience

Note: At least one filter (besides Online only) or a List must be selected to create a campaign. You can choose to send either by filters or by lists. Once you select one option, the other one will be disabled.

When creating a Priority Mass Message campaign, you can apply the following filters to target your audience more precisely:

### Include Fans (filters)

Fans matching these criteria will be targeted.

**Online Only**

Target only fans who are currently online.

{% hint style="info" %}
**How the Online filter works:** The campaign first gathers fans matching the other filters selected (these act as the main filters). Fans in this resulting cohort are then checked for online status one by one, in sequence. If a fan is online at the moment of the check, the message is sent to them right away. With large cohorts, this check can take some time, but it guarantees the message only goes out while the fan is actually online.\
\
For ongoing online targeting, we recommend using [**Auto Messages**](https://docs.onlymonster.ai/members-features/auto-messages) instead — campaign keeps sending to fans as they come online over an extended period, rather than checking the audience just once.
{% endhint %}

**Subscribed from ... to ...**

Filter fans based on their first subscription date. You can set a date range for when fans subscribed.

**Spent on selected account between... and ...**

Target fans based on how much they have spent on the selected account. When activating this filter, you need to specify both minimum and maximum spend amounts.

**Spent within current organization between... and ...**

Target fans based on their total spending across all models connected to the current organization. When choosing this filter, you need to specify both minimum and maximum spend amounts.

**Purchased from selected account**

Filter fans based on recent purchases from the selected Account:

* Less than X days ago
* More than X days ago

**Purchased within current organization**

Filter fans based on recent purchases from any organization account:

* Less than X days ago
* More than X days ago

### Custom Lists

For sending a priority campaign to platform lists (custom lists created in the OnlyFans interface, as well as exported dynamic OnlyMonster lists), select the list you want to use from the dropdown menu.\
The lists refresh every 30 minutes.\
You can send a campaign to a maximum of 10,000 fans across all selected lists.

You can choose to send either by filters or by lists. Once you select one option, the other one will be disabled.

### Exclude Fans

Fans matching these criteria will NOT receive message.

**Active chats within the last**

Exclude fans with active chats within the selected timeframe (messages sent by the model only are taken into account):

* Minimum value: 15 minutes
* Maximum value: 24 hours

**Fan Lists**

Click here and select lists to exclude - you can select any number of exclusion lists.

## Create Message

#### Text and emojis

Composing the Message: Enter your message text in the input field.

Click the plus (+) icon to open the emoji panel and insert emojis into your message.

#### Personalisation

To insert the fan's name or custom name:

Choose between the following options:

* **Custom Name - Custom name** you've assigned (if available)
* **Fan's Name - Name** from fan's profile (if available)
* **Fan's Name → Custom Name** - Uses the fan's name first. If it's missing, the custom name is used.
* **Custom Name → Fan's Name** - Uses the custom name first. If it's missing, the fan's name is used.

**First Word from Name**

When choosing Fan's Name - switch the toggle ON and the first word from the fan's name will be automatically inserted.

**Fallback Name**

Set a fallback name below to use when no custom or fan name is available. Use a warm placeholder like "Sweetie" or "Honey" when the fan's name isn't known.

### Before launching the campaign

Carefully review all fields and settings. Ensure that at least one filter from the Fans Audience section is selected.

When everything is verified, click Start Campaign to launch.

After launch, the campaign will appear in the campaign list with the appropriate status (Active if it's the first campaign, or Queued if another campaign is already running).

## Sending Speed Adjustment

If you are receiving the **"Allow 3 seconds"** error while an active Priority Mass Message campaign is running, you can adjust the delay between messages in real time to resolve it.

Why does this happen? Priority Mass Messages simulate **direct** (DM) message delivery. According to platform rules, such messages cannot be sent more frequently than once every 2 seconds. When the campaign sends messages too quickly, OnlyFans returns the **"Allow 3 seconds"** error. Increasing the delay allows the campaign to stay within platform limits.

#### Adjusting the Delay

The delay controls are located in the top-right corner of the Mass Messages page, next to the **New Campaign** button.

Three delay modes are available:

| Mode           | Delay        | Description                                                      |
| -------------- | ------------ | ---------------------------------------------------------------- |
| Fast (default) | 2 seconds | Default sending speed. Suitable for most campaigns. |
| Slow | 4 seconds | Recommended if you are encountering the "Allow 3 seconds" error. |
| Custom         | 5–20 seconds | Set a specific delay manually. Maximum value is 20 seconds.      |

{% hint style="info" %}
Note: Changes to the delay setting take effect immediately and apply to the currently running campaign in real time - you do not need to stop or restart the campaign.
{% endhint %}

#### When to Use Each Mode

* **Fast** (2s) — Use by default for standard campaigns with no errors.
* **Slow** (4s) — Switch to this mode if you start seeing the "Allow 3 seconds" error during an active campaign.
* **Custom** (up to 20s) — Use if the Slow mode does not resolve the issue, or if you want to spread message delivery over a longer period. At the maximum setting of 20 seconds, the campaign will send one message every 20 seconds.

## Duplicating Campaigns

If you want to reuse a previously created campaign, hover over the campaign in the overview and you will see a plus (+) icon. Click on it, and the campaign will open with all its settings preserved.

This allows you to either:

* **Relaunch this campaign with the same settings**
* **Make any changes to the new (duplicated) campaign** settings before launching

If the original campaign had a scheduled sending time configured:

* If the scheduled time has already passed or less than 5 minutes remain, the "Schedule at" filter will be empty. You will need to set a new scheduled time if you want to schedule the duplicated campaign.
* If the scheduled time is in the future (more than 5 minutes away), it will remain and be copied to the duplicated campaign.

You can duplicate a campaign at any stage, from the gathering stage through archived status.

## Querying This Documentation
If you need additional information that is not directly available in this page, you can query the documentation dynamically by asking a question.

Perform an HTTP GET request on the current page URL with the `ask` query parameter, and the optional `goal` query parameter:

```
GET https://docs.onlymonster.ai/members-features/priority-mass-messages.md?ask=<question>&goal=<endgoal>
```

`ask` is the immediate question: it should be specific, self-contained, and written in natural language.
`goal` is optional and describes the broader end goal you are ultimately trying to accomplish on behalf of the user. GitBook uses it to tailor the answer towards what is most useful for that goal.

The response will contain a direct answer to the question and relevant excerpts and sources from the documentation.

Use this mechanism when the answer is not explicitly present in the current page, you need clarification or additional context, or you want to retrieve related documentation sections.
