Auto Messages
Auto Messages is a cloud-based OnlyMonster feature that lets you automatically send targeted messages to fans based on specific triggers. A system of advanced filters allows you to fine-tune delivery and improve fan engagement.
Available Triggers
The feature currently supports four types of auto message triggers:
Welcome Messages — Delayed messages sent to new subscribers
Online Messages — Messages sent when fans appear online
Expiring Soon — Messages sent to fans whose subscription is about to expire (Rebill Off)
Expired — Messages sent to fans whose subscription has expired
General Information and Overview
On the main Auto Messages page, you can select a Creator and view all Auto Messages campaigns launched for that Creator.
To create a new campaign, first select the Creator and click the New Campaign button.
Configuration options may vary depending on the campaign type. Each section below outlines the specific settings available for that trigger.
Overview Section
The following information is displayed in the campaign overview:
Message — The content of the message, or the campaign title if sequences are used.
Status — Current state of the campaign
Active — The campaign is running and messages are being sent based on the selected filters.
Paused — The campaign is temporarily stopped. Messages are not being sent but can be resumed at any time.
Archived — The campaign is inactive and permanently disabled. Once a campaign is archived, this action cannot be undone.
You can change the campaign status by clicking on Active or Paused.
Trigger — Defines the type of auto message:
Welcome Message — Sent to new subscribers
Online Message — Sent when fans appear online
Expiring Soon — Sent to fans whose subscription is about to expire
Expired — Sent to fans whose subscription has expired
Audience Filter — Displays selected filters for targeting, including sending conditions and exclusion lists.
Sent — Total number of messages successfully sent.
Unsent — Number of unsent messages.
Price — The price of a paid message. If a sequence contains multiple paid messages, the price of the last one is displayed.
Purchases — Total number of purchases made through the campaign.
Earnings — Total revenue generated by the campaign.
Created by — The name of the team member who created the campaign.

To create a campaign, select a Creator from the dropdown and click New Campaign, then choose the Trigger Type.
You will be redirected to the Campaign Settings tab, where you need to configure the campaign.
Apply Action
This section lets you define the conditions under which the campaign operates. Available options vary by campaign type.

To configure:
Toggle the Time Range option ON.
Set your preferred start and end time.
Choose the time zone:
UTC
Agency Time Zone

Minimum: 1 hour
Maximum: 20 hours
Available for: All campaign types.
Resend Campaign
Enable this option to resend the campaign message to a fan after a specified number of days. The resend option is only available when Auto-Unsend is active.
To configure:
Toggle the Resend option ON.
Select the number of days after which the message will be resent.
Minimum: 1 day
Maximum: 30 days
Available for: Online Messages only.
Send Message In (Expired & Expiring Soon)
For Expired and Expiring Soon campaigns, you can specify a day-based delay for message delivery:
Expired — Set how many days after a subscription ends the fan receives the message (max - 14 days)
Expiring Soon — Set how many days before a subscription ends the fan receives the message. This filter applies to fans with Rebill turned OFF (max - 14 days)
Key Logic for Online, Expiring Soon, and Expired Messages
Once a fan receives a message from a specific campaign, they will not receive additional messages from the same campaign when triggered again — unless the Resend option is enabled. Resend is available for Online Messages only.
To continue messaging fans who come online repeatedly, create separate campaigns with different filters and settings.
If a fan qualifies for multiple active campaigns at the same time, the system will send only one campaign messages per trigger activation.
When multiple campaigns exist, priority is given to the most recently created campaign.

An active chat is defined as any chat where a message was sent by the fan, a model, a priority campaign, or the OnlyFans Welcome Message.

Active Chats toggle — Exclude fans from campaigns if they have had recent activity in chat. Minimum: 15 minutes, Maximum: 24 hours.

Custom Name — The custom name you've manually assigned to the fan (if available).

Fan's Name → Custom Name — Uses the fan's profile name first. If unavailable, falls back to the custom name.
