inbox-outAuto Messages

Auto Messages is a cloud-based OnlyMonster feature that lets you automatically send targeted messages to fans based on specific triggers. A system of advanced filters allows you to fine-tune delivery and improve fan engagement.

Available Triggers

The feature currently supports four types of auto message triggers:

  • Welcome Messages — Delayed messages sent to new subscribers

  • Online Messages — Messages sent when fans appear online

  • Expiring Soon — Messages sent to fans whose subscription is about to expire (Rebill Off)

  • Expired — Messages sent to fans whose subscription has expired

General Information and Overview

On the main Auto Messages page, you can select a Creator and view all Auto Messages campaigns launched for that Creator.

To create a new campaign, first select the Creator and click the New Campaign button.

Configuration options may vary depending on the campaign type. Each section below outlines the specific settings available for that trigger.

Overview Section

The following information is displayed in the campaign overview:

  • Message — The content of the message, or the campaign title if sequences are used.

  • Status — Current state of the campaign

    • Active — The campaign is running and messages are being sent based on the selected filters.

    • Paused — The campaign is temporarily stopped. Messages are not being sent but can be resumed at any time.

    • Archived — The campaign is inactive and permanently disabled. Once a campaign is archived, this action cannot be undone.

You can change the campaign status by clicking on Active or Paused.

  • Trigger — Defines the type of auto message:

    • Welcome Message — Sent to new subscribers

    • Online Message — Sent when fans appear online

    • Expiring Soon — Sent to fans whose subscription is about to expire

    • Expired — Sent to fans whose subscription has expired

  • Audience Filter — Displays selected filters for targeting, including sending conditions and exclusion lists.

  • Sent — Total number of messages successfully sent.

  • Unsent — Number of unsent messages.

  • Price — The price of a paid message. If a sequence contains multiple paid messages, the price of the last one is displayed.

  • Purchases — Total number of purchases made through the campaign.

  • Earnings — Total revenue generated by the campaign.

  • Created by — The name of the team member who created the campaign.

Setting Up an Auto Messages Campaign

To create a campaign, select a Creator from the dropdown and click New Campaign, then choose the Trigger Type.

You will be redirected to the Campaign Settings tab, where you need to configure the campaign.

Apply Action

This section lets you define the conditions under which the campaign operates. Available options vary by campaign type.

Delay

In the Apply Action field, you can select a flexible delay within which the message will be sent once the trigger activates.

  • Minimum: 1–3 minutes

  • Maximum: 30–60 minutes

Available for: Welcome Messages, Online Messages.

Time Range

Set the specific time window during which messages are allowed to be sent.

To configure:

  1. Toggle the Time Range option ON.

  2. Set your preferred start and end time.

  3. Choose the time zone:

  4. UTC

  5. Agency Time Zone

Available for: Welcome Messages, Online Messages.

End Campaign Date

Set a date and time after which the campaign will automatically stop running.

To configure:

  1. Toggle the End Date option ON.

  2. Set the date and time.

  3. Choose the time zone:

  4. UTC

  5. Agency Time Zone

Available for: Welcome Messages, Online Messages.

Auto-Unsend

Enable the Auto-Unsend feature to automatically unsend messages after a set period. You can choose to unsend all messages or only those that have been read.

  • Minimum: 1 hour

  • Maximum: 20 hours

Available for: All campaign types.

Resend Campaign

Enable this option to resend the campaign message to a fan after a specified number of days. The resend option is only available when Auto-Unsend is active.

To configure:

  1. Toggle the Resend option ON.

  2. Select the number of days after which the message will be resent.

  3. Minimum: 1 day

  4. Maximum: 30 days

Available for: Online Messages only.

Send Message In (Expired & Expiring Soon)

For Expired and Expiring Soon campaigns, you can specify a day-based delay for message delivery:

  • Expired — Set how many days after a subscription ends the fan receives the message (max - 14 days)

  • Expiring Soon — Set how many days before a subscription ends the fan receives the message. This filter applies to fans with Rebill turned OFF (max - 14 days)

Key Logic for Online, Expiring Soon, and Expired Messages

  • Once a fan receives a message from a specific campaign, they will not receive additional messages from the same campaign when triggered again — unless the Resend option is enabled. Resend is available for Online Messages only.

  • To continue messaging fans who come online repeatedly, create separate campaigns with different filters and settings.

  • If a fan qualifies for multiple active campaigns at the same time, the system will send only one campaign messages per trigger activation.

  • When multiple campaigns exist, priority is given to the most recently created campaign.

Fans Audience

Audience filter options vary by campaign type.

Filters for Welcome Messages

  • Spent on Agency — Target fans who have previously spent money on other accounts within the agency. Both minimum and maximum spending amounts are required.

  • Purchased from Agency — Filter fans based on the recency of their purchases from other agency models:

  • Purchases made less than X days ago

  • Purchases made more than X days ago

  • Buying Power — Target fans based on their assigned Buying Power score (range: 0 to 5).

Filters for Online Messages, Expired, and Expiring Soon

  • Spent on a Creator between — Target fans based on how much they have spent on the Creator's page. Both minimum and maximum spend values are required.

  • Spent on Agency between — Target fans based on their total spending across all models connected to the agency. Both minimum and maximum spend values are required.

  • Purchased from Creator — Filter fans based on recent purchases from the Creator:

  • Purchases made less than X days ago

  • Purchases made more than X days ago

  • Purchased from Agency — Filter fans based on recent purchases from any agency model:

  • Purchases made less than X days ago

  • Purchases made more than X days ago

  • Buying Power — Filter fans based on their assigned Buying Power score (range: 0 to 5).

Exclude Fans

Welcome Messages

Welcome Messages use a fixed Active Chats exclusion setting that can be disabled. When enabled, the Welcome Message will not be sent if there has been an active conversation with a new subscriber within the specified window.

An active chat is defined as any chat where a message was sent by the fan, a model, a priority campaign, or the OnlyFans Welcome Message.

  • Minimum: 15 minutes

  • Maximum: 24 hours

Online Messages, Expired, and Expiring Soon

  • Active Chats toggle — Exclude fans from campaigns if they have had recent activity in chat. Minimum: 15 minutes, Maximum: 24 hours.

  • Exclude Fan Lists — Select any number of exclusion lists to prevent specific fans from receiving the campaign message.

Exclusion lists are updated every 30 minutes.

Text and Emojis

Composing the Message

  • Enter your message text in the input field.

  • Click the emoji icon to open the emoji panel and insert emojis.

  • You can also create a sequence of up to 5 messages with flexible delays. For more information, see the Sequences article.

Personalization

To insert the fan's name or a custom name into the message, click the Dynamic Name button and choose one of the following options:

  • Custom Name — The custom name you've manually assigned to the fan (if available).

  • Fan's Name — The name from the fan's OnlyFans profile (if available).

  • Fan's Name → Custom Name — Uses the fan's profile name first. If unavailable, falls back to the custom name.

  • Custom Name → Fan's Name — Uses the custom name first. If unavailable, falls back to the fan's profile name.

First Word from Name When using Fan's Name, enable this toggle to insert only the first word (e.g., first name only).

Fallback Name If neither a fan name nor a custom name is available, set a Fallback Name. This value will be used to personalize the message instead.
