Auto Messages

Auto Messages is a cloud-based OnlyMonster feature that allows you to automatically send delayed Welcome Messages for new subscribers and real-time Messages for Fans Who Come Online. A system of advanced filters allows you to fine-tune delivery and improve fan engagement.

General Information and Overview

On the main Auto Messages page, you can select a Creator and view all Auto Messages campaigns launched for that Creator.

To create a new Campaign, first select the Creator and click the New Campaign button.

The feature offers 2 types of auto messages:

  1. Delayed messages for new subscribers:

You can create one Welcome Message per Creator to be sent after a new subscription.

  1. Messages for fans who come online:

You can create multiple messages triggered when fans appear online.

For each campaign, you can configure a flexible delay. The message will be sent within a selected time range, which helps maintain a natural and smooth conversation flow.

Fans Audience

Filters for Welcome Messages:

  • Purchased from Agency - Filter fans based on the recency of their purchases from other agency models. Options available:

  • Purchases made more than X days ago.

  • Buying Power filter - Target fans based on their assigned Buying Power score (range: 0 to 5).

Welcome messages use a fixed 24-hour "Active chats" period and can not be customized. If a chatter initiates a conversation with a new subscriber within this 24-hour window, the Welcome message will not be sent.

Setting Up Delayed Auto Messages for Fans Appearing Online

Unlike welcome messages (limited to one active campaign per Creator), you can create multiple auto-messaging campaigns for fans appearing online, each with unique filters and settings to better engage different segments of the creator's active audience.

Key Logic

  • Once a fan receives a message from a specific campaign, they will not receive additional messages from the same campaign when they appear online again.

  • To continue messaging fans who come online repeatedly, create separate campaigns with different filters and settings.

If a fan qualifies for multiple active campaigns at the same time, the system will send only one message from one campaign per trigger activation.

When multiple campaigns are created, priority will be given to the most recently created campaign.

Apply Action

In the Apply Action field you need to select a flexible delay within which the message will be delivered (after the trigger activates).

Flexible delay values:

  • Minimum - 1-3 minutes;

  • Maximum - 30-60 minutes.

Time Range

You can define the time window within which the messages are allowed to be sent.

To configure:

  1. Toggle the Time Range option ON

  2. Set the start and end time

  3. Choose the time zone:

  • UTC

  • Agency Time Zone

Auto-Unsend option

You can enable the Auto-Unsend feature within the Apply Action field.

Message Resend Option

You can choose to resend the same message to a fan after a set period.

The resend option is only available when the Auto-Unsend feature is enabled.

To configure:

  1. Toggle the Resend Message option ON

  2. Set the number of days before the message can be sent again

  • Minimum: 1 day

  • Maximum: 30 days

The message will be resent at a minimum of 24 hours after the resend trigger, not from the original send time.

Fans Audience

When setting up Auto Messages for fans appearing online, you can apply a range of filters to fine-tune your audience targeting:

  • Spent on a Creator between - Target fans based on how much they have spent on the Creator's page. When activating this filter, you need to specify both minimum and maximum spend.

  • Spent on Agency between - Target fans based on their total spending across all models connected to the agency. When choosing this filter, you need to specify both minimum and maximum spend.

  • Purchased from Creator - Filter fans based on recent purchases from the Creator:

    • Purchases made less than X days ago.

    • Purchases made more than X days ago.

  • Purchased from Agency - Filter fans based on recent purchases from any agency model:

    • Purchases made less than X days ago.

    • Purchases made more than X days ago.

  • Buying Power - Filter fans based on their assigned Buying Power score (range: 0 to 5).

Exclude Fans

Two options are available for excluding fan categories from the campaign:

  • Active Chats toggle - allows for excluding active chats (messages sent by the model only are taken into account). Minimum value - 15 minutes, maximum - 24 hours.

  • Exclude fan lists - you can select any number of exclusion lists.
