# Team management

**Adding employees**

For an employee to be added to the team, they first need to register on OnlyMonster platform.

You have to disable the built-in translator in your browser to complete the registration process.

During registration, they must select the **"I am an Organization Employee"** option and insert your [**unique invite link**](#user-content-fn-1)[^1]**.** After that, they will receive a confirmation email.

To share the unique invite link, navigate to the ["Members"](https://onlymonster.ai/panel/members/) page, copy the link, and send it to the new employee.

Once your team members have successfully registered via your unique invite link, they will appear in your team members list.

## Managing the team

With the ability to view the full list of your team members, as well as edit and delete accounts as necessary, you can efficiently manage your team's access and maintain control over your workspace.

**You** **can** **view all your employees at once, as well as use filters or a search field:**

1. **Role filter** - each employee is assigned a role with chosen permissions (for more details please refer to the [Roles and Permissions article](https://docs.onlymonster.ai/team-and-security-management/roles-and-permissions));&#x20;
2. **Tags filter** - you can add tags for additional team segmentation ([more details on adding tags](#id-1.3-tag-or-delete-member-from-agency));&#x20;
3. **Assigned accounts filter**: Sort the members by assigned Accounts;
4. **Search field:** find members by their names or emails.

### **General view**

**In the Team members list, you can view the following:**\
\
5\. **Check box** - allows you to select multiple employees and assign them a role at once&#x20;

6\. **Member’s ID**: A unique ID of each user&#x20;

7\. **Member’s name**: Name that member specified when creating the account, or custom name if there is one

8\. **Assigned Accounts**: All accounts assigned to the member. You can assign and revoke Accounts by clicking on the icons.

9\. **Member’s email**.

10\. **Role** assigned to a member.\
\
**To each user's right, there are options to:**\
\
11\. **Edit** \
12\. **Remove the employee from the organization**

### Assign accounts in General view

Clicking the icons in the **Assigned Accounts** column will open the assigning menu. Here you can specify which accounts the employee will have access to, provide access to all accounts, or revoke access.&#x20;

Choose an account from the dropdown menu and click "Assign Account" to grant access. To revoke access, simply click "Revoke." Use the "Assign All" or "Revoke All" options to manage Member’s access for all accounts at once.

## Edit user

By clicking "Edit" you'll be forwarded to the member’s configuration page, where you can:

### 1.1 Assign Member's Role&#x20;

Select a role from the dropdown menu, then click "Update" (for more details about roles, check the article).&#x20;

### 1.2 Assign Accounts in Edit Member menu&#x20;

You can specify which accounts the employee will have access to, provide access to all profiles, or revoke access. Select an account from the dropdown menu and click "Assign Account". To remove access, click "Revoke". You can simultaneously give or remove access to all accounts by using "Assign All" or "Revoke All" options.

### 1.3 Tag, Add Custom Name or Delete Member from Organization&#x20;

The ability to tag employees allows you to assign tags to specific employees, which simplifies editing and managing them later. To add a tag, select it from the dropdown menu or (if you need to create a new one type it in the field, then click "Add as New Tag"). After that, click "Update". To remove a tag, click the cross icon and then "Update".

To add a **Custom name** - enter the name and click "Update".

[^1]: The link remains valid over time, so we recommend resetting the link periodically to ensure that only authorized individuals can join your workspace. You can do it by clicking “Reset”.
