Fan Notes Widget

The Fan Notes Widget is a powerful tool for organizing information about your fans. It allows you to store crucial details, preferences, and personal insights, making your communication more personalized and efficient.

Customizing Your Workspace

The widget is located on the right side of the interface. To ensure maximum comfort and a layout that fits your workflow, the Fan Notes Widget is fully flexible:

• Detachable & Movable: You can unpin the widget and move it anywhere on the screen, similar to the Fans Overview widget.

• Resizable: Adjust the size of the widget to fit your specific needs.

Key Features

• Independent Blocks: Notes are added as separate, individual blocks. This allows you to categorize information clearly.

• Team Transparency: When adding or editing a note, hovering over it will display the name of the team member who made the changes. This ensures clear accountability within the team.

• Unlimited Capacity: There is no limit to the number of separate notes you can create for a single fan.

Note Structure and Limits

Each note is designed to be both concise and informative, following this structure:

• Title: Up to 34 characters (including spaces). Use this for quick identification.

• Content: Up to 1500 characters (including spaces). Perfect for detailed descriptions or history.

In its collapsed view, the widget displays the Title, a preview of the Content, and the time of the last edit.

How to Manage Notes

Managing your data is straightforward:

1. Adding: Create a new block and fill in the title and content.

2. Editing/Deleting: Hover over a specific note and click the three dots (⋮) in the top right corner. From there, you can choose to either edit the existing text or delete the note entirely.
