Message Templates V2
Message Templates V.2 is a powerful template management system that allows you to create, organize, and quickly deploy pre-written messages across your OnlyFans conversations. With intuitive folder organization and seamless platform integration, you can streamline workflows, ensure messaging consistency, and respond to fans faster, while still keeping it personal.
Overview
The template system provides a centralized hub where you can organize messages into custom folders and access them instantly during conversations. This helps your team:
Avoid repetitive typing
Maintain message quality
Respond faster while keeping a personal tone.
Templates can include:
Text and emojis
Dynamic fan name variables
Media files
Paid content pricing options
Templates are accessible directly on the OnlyFans platform via a convenient widget.
Creating Templates
Setting Up Your First Template
To begin creating templates, you'll need to select a creator from the dropdown menu and set up your folder structure.

Creating a new folder:
Select the creator from the dropdown list
In the Folders column, click the ➕ icon.
Enter a folder name and press Enter to save.
Once you have at least one folder created, you can start adding templates to it.
Building Your Template
After selecting a folder, click the Create Template button to open the template editor.

Message Text
Write your message in the main text field.
You can type or paste text from other sources.
Click the ➕ icon to add emojis anywhere in the message.
There’s no length limit.
Dynamic Fan Names
Templates support dynamic personalization, allowing you to automatically insert a fan's name into your message. This feature helps maintain a personal connection even when using pre-written templates.

Available name options include:
Fan's Name - Uses the name from the fan's OnlyFans profile
Custom Name - Uses a custom name you've assigned to the fan
Fan's Name → Custom Name - Prioritizes the fan's profile name, falling back to custom name if unavailable
Custom Name → Fan's Name - Prioritizes your custom name, falling back to the profile name if unavailable
First Word from Name
When selecting Fan's Name as your personalization option, you can enable a toggle to use only the first word from the name. This is particularly useful for extracting first names from full names, making your messages feel more casual and personal.
Fallback Name
If neither a fan name nor a custom name is available, you can set a fallback name that will be used instead, ensuring your message always feels personal.
Message Pricing

Templates can be configured with paid content options. You can set pricing for both the message text itself and attached media.
Available pricing options:
Paid Text - Set a price for the message content itself, creating a locked message that fans must unlock to read
Paid Media - Attach media files with a set price, requiring fans to purchase before viewing
When setting prices, use a comma (,) as the decimal separator (for example, 4,99 rather than 4.99).
Notes
Use the Notes field to add internal comments visible only to your team. Examples:
“Use after sending teaser”
“Pairs with offer #3 media set”
“Only for active subscribers”
Saving Your Template
Click Save once everything is set. Your template is now ready for use.
Managing Templates
Template Dashboard Overview
After selecting a creator, the dashboard shows all templates organized by folder.
The left sidebar displays folders (newest at the bottom).
The main board shows template content, order, notes, media count, and pricing.
Folder Management

Click the three-dot menu next to any folder to:
Create a new template in this folder
Rename the folder
Delete the folder (deletes all templates inside)
Template Board
The main template board displays all messages within the selected folder in a comprehensive table view. Each row represents one template and displays key information at a glance.
Reordering Templates
Templates are ordered by a number that controls their display position in both:
The OnlyMonster dashboard
The OnlyFans platform widget
To reorder:
Hover over the drag handle beside the number
Click and drag to reposition
Release to save new order (numbers auto-update).
Template Information Display
Each template row shows:
Order Number - The template's position in the sequence
Message Text - Preview of the message content with an indicator showing how many media files are attached
Notes - Any internal notes added for team reference
Price - The set price for paid content (if applicable)
Template Actions
Hover over the right side of any template row to reveal a three-dot menu icon. Clicking this menu provides access to template-specific actions:
Edit - Modify the template content and settings
Move - Transfer the template to a different folder
Delete - Remove the template permanently
Using Templates on the Platform
Templates are designed for quick access during live conversations on OnlyFans. The template widget provides instant access to your entire template library without interrupting your conversation flow.
Opening the Template Widget

You can access templates while chatting with fans on OnlyFans.
Click the template icon (next to the Translator widget)
Or press:
Ctrl + T (Windows)
Option + T (Mac)
Press Esc to close the panel.
Inserting and Sending Templates
Once the template panel is open, browse through your folders to find the message you need. Click on any folder to view its templates.
When you hover over a template, two action buttons appear:
Insert - This option loads the template into the message input field as an editable draft. You can review the message, make any necessary adjustments or personalizations, and then send it manually. This is useful when you want to customize the template slightly before sending.
Send - This option immediately sends the template without any edits. The message is sent exactly as configured, including any dynamic name variables, pricing, and media attachments.
Navigation Assistance

After sending a template, the system provides contextual guidance to help you continue the conversation. A small widget appears below the Fans Overview widget, displaying the next template in the sequence from your selected folder.
When you send that template, the widget automatically updates to show the following one —continuing step by step through your predefined message sequence. This feature helps you:
Maintain a natural and consistent conversation flow
Avoid manual searching for the next message
Send templates directly from the navigation widget for faster responses
You can send templates directly from this widget, making it easy to guide conversations through pre-planned message sequences. Once you reach the end of the sequence, the widget will no longer display additional templates, indicating that the message flow is complete.
Previewing Media
If a template contains media:
A media icon will appear in the preview
Hover over it, click a file to preview it in a new tab.
This preview functionality helps you verify that you're sending the correct template with the appropriate media before clicking Insert or Send.
Permissions
Access to Message Templates is controlled through permissions.
Team members with View Public Templates permission can browse and use templates in conversations, but cannot create, edit, or delete them.
Team members with Edit Public Templates permission have full management capabilities, including creating, editing, deleting templates, and managing folders.
