Dynamic Fan Lists
Dynamic Fan Lists is a feature in OnlyMonster that lets you create smart fan segments using multiple filters. These lists can sync with OnlyFans collections, allowing you to use them in both native OnlyFans messaging and OnlyMonster Mass Messages.
Key Features
Smart segmentation - Build fan lists based on subscription date, spending amount, recent purchases (at both account and organization level), recent chat activity, and tracking link attribution.
Automatic synchronization - Sync your lists with OnlyFans Collections for use outside of OnlyMonster.
Automatic updates - Lists refresh automatically every 6 hours. You can also manually refresh a list once per hour using the refresh button.
General Overview
Navigate to the Dynamic Fan Lists section to view all lists created for individual accounts within your organization.
The table displays:
List Name - Custom name assigned to each list
Filter Rules- Criteria used to segment fans
Fans - Total number of fans included in the list
Last Update - Date and time of the last refresh
Last OF Sync - Date when the list was last synchronized with OnlyFans collections

List of Fans
Click on any list to access detailed information about the fans, including:
Fan Name - Display name or ID (click to copy and navigate to the fan's account)
Total Spent - Fan's total spending on the account
Last Purchase - Date of the fan's most recent purchase
Total Organization Spent - Fan's total spending on the organization
Last Organization Purchase - Date of the fan's most recent purchase on the organization
Fan ID - OnlyFans identifier for the fan
Date Added - When the fan was added to the list
Chat - Direct link to the conversation with the fan (click to copy and open chat)
Creating a New List
Step 1: Select Account
Choose the account from the dropdown list for whom you want to create a fan list.
Step 2: Name Your List
Enter a unique name for the list. Note that list names must be unique and cannot duplicate existing lists.
Step 3: Configure Filters or use Templates
Select the filters you want to apply and enter the relevant values:
Available Filters
Subscribed Within - Specify the number of days (e.g., fans who subscribed in the last 30 days)
Spent on Account Between - Set minimum and maximum spending range on the account. Both fields are required.
Spent on Organization Between - Set spending range across all accounts connected to your organization. Use this filter to identify fans who have spent on another account within your organization.
Purchased from Account - Select fans based on recency of purchase from the specific account:
Less than X days ago
More than X days ago
Purchased from Organization - Select fans based on recency of purchase from any account in your organization:
Less than X days ago
More than X days ago
6. Active Chats - Select fans based on recent chat activity within a specific timeframe (from 15 minutes to 24 hours). Use the dropdown to choose between two modes:
Active chats - Includes fans whose chat has had a message sent by a member during the selected time period. A fan reply is not required.
Active chats where fan replied - Includes only fans whose chat has had both a message from a member and a reply from the fan during the selected time period.
Subscribed from link - Include fans who subscribed through one or more Tracking Links within the last 90 days.
Use the multiselect dropdown to choose any combination of Tracking Links. A single list can include fans from multiple different links at once.
Fans are included if they subscribed through any of the selected links within the 90-day rolling window. This window is calculated from today's date and updates automatically each time the list refreshes.
The Active Chats/Subscribed from link filter cannot be combined with other filters. When you select this filter, all other filter options will be automatically disabled, and it will be the only active criterion for the list.
Templates
On the right side of the Create List screen, you'll find a Templates panel with predefined filter sets. Click any template to instantly apply a common fan segmentation — such as spending tiers, new subscribers, or recent chat activity. You can use a template as-is or customize the filters further after applying it.
Step 4: Enable Auto-Export (Optional)
When creating a list, you can enable automatic export to OnlyFans. With this option enabled, the list will immediately sync to OnlyFans and become available in your collections.
If you don't enable auto-export during creation, you can manually export the list to OnlyFans at any time later.

Manual Sync with OnlyFans Collections
To export a list manually:
Click the three dots in the list’s row
Select Export to OnlyFans
The list will be available in your OnlyFans Collections for messaging campaigns.
Best Practices
Use clear, descriptive list names that indicate the segmentation criteria
Combine multiple filters to create highly targeted fan segments
Enable auto-export for lists you plan to use frequently in OnlyFans native messaging
Important Notes
Lists automatically update every 6 hours based on your specified criteria. You can also trigger a manual refresh at any time, but no more than once per hour per list
Sync with OnlyFans collections is optional and must be enabled during list creation or manually exported later
