Message Sequences in Auto Messages

The Auto Messages system supports message sequence with up to 5 messages per trigger. This feature allows you to create automated follow-up chains sent at timed intervals to increase fan engagement and maintain natural conversation flow.

Message sequences are available for:

  • Welcome Messages

  • Online Auto Messages

How Message Sequences Work

You can configure up to 5 messages in a sequence. Each message is sent after a flexible delay, and the entire sequence automatically stops once the fan replies.

Key Features

Flexible delays - Each message can have its own flexible delay.

  • Minimum delay: less than a minute (default)

  • Maximum delay: 5-10 minutes.

Automatic stop - The system immediately stops the sequence when a fan replies in the chat.

Full customization - Each message in the sequence supports :

  • Text and emojis

  • Media (free or paid)

  • Pricing for paid content

  • Dynamic name replacement

  • Content upload from the platform vault

If Resend is enabled, the entire sequence will be sent again whenever the trigger activates.

Sequence Stopping

The sequence automatically stops when:

  • A fan replies to any message in the sequence

  • The creator sends any message in the chat
