Enable Message Speed Mode
Enables Message Speed Mode for the chat interface.
When activated, messages appear in the chat immediately after pressing Send — without waiting for a server confirmation. This significantly speeds up the messaging workflow and makes chatting feel more responsive, especially during high-volume sessions.
